WHAT IS HEALTH?
Health has been defined in many ways over the years. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” In other words, health is more than just the absence of illness. It’s a state of overall wellbeing. There are many factors that contribute to our health, including our lifestyle choices, our environment, and our genes. And while we can’t control all of these factors, there are some things we can do to improve our health. ###

HEALTH
When it comes to health, there are a lot of different factors that come into play. From physical health to mental and emotional health, there is a lot to consider when it comes to overall wellness.
Physical health is obviously an important part of overall health, but it’s not the only thing that matters. Mental and emotional health are just as important in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
There are a lot of different ways to maintain good health. Eating a balanced diet, getting regular exercise, and getting enough sleep are all key components of a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, managing stress levels and maintaining positive relationships are also important for keeping both your mind and body healthy.
